MoMo Pay Merchant Acquisition and Quality Management Services – MTN Mobile Money U Ltd
In July 2023, MTN Mobile Money (U) Ltd contracted RDM Africa to provide MoMo Pay Merchant Acquisition and Quality Management Services across Uganda. Since then, a team of 120 Field Force personnel has been deployed to achieve the following;
- Onboard quality active transacting merchants
- Provide all requisite materials (branding, onboarding forms and FAQs) that will be required by Merchants.
- Be responsible for Merchants’ performance, tracking Merchant liquidation management for both informal and formal merchants.
- Carry out market/trade activities/Market Impact Teams (MITs).
- Ensure that all Merchants are well trained on the value proposition of the product.
- Ensure both nano and formal merchants are well trained on liquidations channels and requirements.
- Ensure visibility & branding standards for all Merchants
- Ensure proper operational support to merchants.
