Project Overview: Designed and implemented Revenue Share Promoter Management deploying 250 promoters across 11 provinces of Mozambique, BTL Marketing events across M-Pesa agents, and Women Forum events to centrally drive growth of new M-Pesa subscribers and reactivation of existing dormant subscribers.
Direct Client Results: 250 Revenue Share (RS) Promoters trained and deployed across all provinces; 283,000 customers engaged and educated on M-Pesa products and services; 111,412 new M-Pesa subscribers onboarded; 38,474 dormant accounts recovered (30+ days inactive); 457 BTL events undertaken across 898 M-Pesa agents; 274,344 customer engagements with 35.12% women participation; 43,826 new subscribers onboarded with 33% women participation; 40,173 dormant accounts recovered; 12,669 Xitique individual contributions achieved; 44,108 M-Pesa application downloads; 241,581 unique transacting customers; 101 Women Forum events; 11,442 customer engagements with 45% women participation; 1,278 gross adds with 56% women participation; 1,630 dormant accounts recovered; 492 M-Pesa agents re-branded.
