Project Overview: Deployment of 428 field representatives (100 TDRs, 28 KAMs, 300 Direct Merchant Acquirers) to provide merchant acquisition, monitoring, support, retention and reactivation services for MTN Mobile Money’s MoMo Pay platform across Uganda.
Direct Client Results: Maintained 126,300 active merchants; acquired and activated 12,350 formal merchants; comprehensive merchant support including KYC assistance, reactivation requests, and liquidation services; promotional campaigns and QR code issuance; performance management of 450+ commission-based merchant acquirers previously supervised by Regional Mobile Money Coordinators.
