Project Name: Revenue Share Promoter Management and Customer Acquisition Excellence Program


Project Overview: Implementation of Revenue Share Promoter Management program deploying 250 promoters across 11 provinces, BTL Marketing events, and Women Forum initiatives to drive M-Pesa subscriber growth and reactivate dormant accounts.


Direct Client Results: 250 Revenue Share promoters trained and deployed; 283,000+ customers engaged and educated; 111,412 new M-Pesa subscribers onboarded; 38,474 dormant accounts recovered (30+ days inactive); 457 BTL events across 898 M-Pesa agents; 101 Women Forum events; 12,669 Xitique individual contributions achieved; 44,108 M-Pesa application downloads; 241,581 unique transacting customers; 492 M-Pesa agents re-branded; comprehensive social responsibility initiatives including 427 HIV tests, 267 tetanus immunizations, and 529 blood pressure tests.


 Impact:

  • Advanced financial inclusion across 11 provinces of Mozambique; empowered women through dedicated forum events and health services; improved community health through HIV testing, immunization programs, and blood pressure screening; strengthened agent network visibility and branding standards; enhanced digital payment adoption in rural and underserved communities.

Empowered 35.12% women participation in customer engagements; created employment for 250 revenue share promoters; delivered comprehensive health services (427 HIV tests, 267 tetanus immunizations, 529 blood pressure tests); educated 6,592 people on HIV/AIDS prevention and family planning; strengthened women's economic participation through 101 Women Forum events with 45% female engagement; enhanced youth digital literacy through mobile money education; improved rural community access to financial services.
